Swimming pool

The foods were not my taste. Foods were not hot, only warm. Plastic cups are too small, need to come and go to get some drink all the time.

the staff were great. very accommodating, nice and super welcoming. pool is great and you have private access to the beach.

a bit far from downtown, about 20 mins Uber drive. the beds aren’t very comfortable, and the rooms need to be modernized. also food was okay, not the greatest

The rooms and the view were perfect. The cleanliness of the facilities. The easy access to the swimming pool and the sea. The diving center people were amazing and the experience was perfect.

The sea cleanliness, the shore was full of jelly fish and weed. The lack of assistance from staff when asking for water or additional beverages for the room. Having no singles and just double rooms to book.

A member of pool staff was extremely rude on the first day which meant my kids would not go into the pool thereafter. On checking out kept us waiting around with no explanation - all they had to do was provide an explanation.

Supper and dinner meals were okay,massage was excellent.

Hidden fees in all inclusive,doesn't include either restaurant,you must pay,no barbecue as was indicated in promo.All premium drinks are not covered,drinks served in little tiny cups,takes four of these to finish one bottle of beer.Many times no one there to serve.We were there over Easter holiday,with many other people there,you think they might want to have put on their best face but really, the service was poor,the animation team was horrible except for maybe the aqua fit at noon in the pool.The entertainment over the holiday was truly a joke.One night a belly dancer who was really bad,in fact i felt sorry for her as i have seen many terrific belly dancers,another night a very poor magician act ,a third night what they called traditional egyptian dance which again was nothing like some incredible egyptian folk dance i have witnessed in the past.We asked if they could perhaps put on a karaoke night and were told oh yes on two different occasions but it never happened, despite more then several requests from other guests.One of my friends was billed for using the iron.The management and staff were not welcoming , last day of our stay i asked the front desk if we could have a later check out at two instead of twelve as our bus was leaving at three twenty,i was told it would cost us 60 U.S. dollars as we had three rooms.Now i realize if they had a full hotel and people were arriving in masses i could understand,but this day was the end of the four day weekend and people were leaving in large numbers and there were very few arrivals,they simply thought we were stupid and were trying to make a buck.Well i guess one thing is right we were stupid in believing the promo for this hotel and staying there.Oh sorry forgot,nothing in fridge as was indicated in promo,water pressure and temperature always changing,hot cold hot cold.

I traveled to hurghada many times before and I found this hotel the best one Every thing is very good ( staff are so friendly, foods,location,services,....)

The pool is not heated

The hotel itself has everything, even indoor shops if you need to buy souvenirs. The food was great. Theme food every evening. The room was big and tidy.

I would have prefered to see more fruits for breakfast and maybe less people stalking on the beach trying to sell you stuff.

I really cant give you a comment it is not a 5star hotel but it is value for money 10 out of 10 due to very small defects like the supervisers in the restaurants constant speaking lout to the waiters n0 al carte service I have tried twice always full restaurant fish like italien the beach was cleaned but on the left hand side where the guard sits the whole day very dirty no newspaper to buy and other small thinks not acceptable for a 5 star but iwill go back at that price

It was well organized. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool and beach were superb.

The food was abundant but the quality was not always top notch.

The beach was great. There‘s not all too much going on around there so you can relax. The bar was good.

They don‘t offer free Wifi even through it‘s sipposedly a 5* hotel so you‘d expect them as an all-inclusive guest to have free Wifi included. It‘s clean and te beach is nice. Not a sandy beach though. The staff are partly extremely friendly, but there‘s another part that‘s very rude.

Both pools and the landscape were well taken care of.

I was charged twice for my stay. As we all know, it takes 3 business days to return money back on the credit card

Not too busy hotel

Animation team, not looking very energetic. Didn’t looked happy in what they are doing Some bar stuff members no smiling even looking upset

The opening time of the coffeshop so you could get a cup of coffee anytime And the staff where allways helpful and friendly .

The variation of the flod special at dinner should be Wider.
